Oduree Return Policy

At Oduree, you can always return your order within 30 days of receipt, as long as the product is unused and in its original condition. Below, you can read exactly how it works.

Conditions for returns

You may open the shipping box to view your order. However, the product itself must not have been used or activated. The contents must be 100% complete and undamaged. We cannot accept returns of opened or used products for hygiene reasons.

How does returning items work?

Would you like to return something? Please always contact our customer service first. If your return is eligible, we will send you a return form with instructions by email. This form is required to ensure that the return process runs smoothly.

You are not required to give a reason, but doing so helps us to make the process faster and easier.

You will receive the return address on the return form.

Return shipping costs

The costs for returning your order are at your own expense. Did something go wrong on our part or did the product arrive damaged? Please contact us. We will then provide a suitable solution.

Refund

Once we have received and checked your return shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded within a maximum of 14 working days. This usually takes place within 5 working days.

The original shipping costs will also be refunded, but only for the standard shipping option. Any additional shipping services you may have chosen are not included.


Exceptions

  • Used or opened car perfumes cannot be returned.

  • Damaged orders must be reported to our customer service department within a reasonable period of time. We will then help you find a solution.

  • Did you receive free products? Then you must return the entire order, including the free items. If we do not receive them back, your return will not be accepted.
